I count 23 demons! That's great! 40 would be better! All 52 sketches should be completed by March 10.

In terms of quality they're getting better with each batch. There are some really strong compositions in the most recent set. I would move either Peri or the mountain/spire thing behind him away from one another. It's a bit awkward at the moment. The bottom left demon's legs are a bit off. Get some reference for how they'd dangle from that angle. No, I didn't mean to rhyme and I'm sorry.

Dude, you fixed the type for the body, but I still can't see what I'm doing in the name, mail or website fields. This is much nicer, though. Thanks.

So...I'm not crazy about the super geometric perfect circle bubbles on the cover page illustration. I think they work for some of the bubbles, but not all of them. Some should be more blobby and there should be instances where bubbles have bumped into one another and joined. Give me more bubble variety!

And I think the scuba diver still needs a smidge of work. His thigh seems to be coming from a place on his torso that's slightly too high. It's also a little weird that his (or her) left upper arm is right against his ribcage while the forearm floats out with a fist. Try pulling his upper arm away from his body and opening up that hand.

Other than that...It's looking magical.

Dude, I love this thing. It's looking really awesome. My one, itsy-bitsy, technical critique is at the top of the text in the second page (by the shark's nose) the words and color of the water start to blend a little. I might darken the text just a smidge. Otherwise, I bow to your mastery.

Brilliant! The sharper one is really good. I like it better, myself, for more than just the absence of a green hue. It's more... maybe, lifelike. You can see the details, and they aren't too harsh to look at. The shark on the right, in particular, looks rather brilliant. In the first one, he's all dull and bleh. I approve the second one :3

By the way, I can see my comment, but I have no idea what my name, email, and website are. They are invisible without highlighting them :3

I'd like to see the color comp posted, but we've already spoken about it and I think you're moving in the right direction. I was going to comment on your demons, but no text is actually appearing as I typ0e this and I'm not entirely sure I'm spelling correctly or that thispost will even show up.

I think your idea for this is really interesting. I think you should def use the asian/japanese versions a lot because I was hoping someone would use that mythology since it's so interesting. You could do a kappa and have the other version be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. (Just kidding, don't do that.)
